:new: Everyone affected by the the first Membership Purge has been given notice of the change in their membership status.  :new:

As stated in our previous announcement, we are now going to be implementing a membership purging program. As mods of this group, we work hard to ensure that the events we create are fun and allow opportunities for our members to interact with one another and can build meaningful bonds for their characters as well as develop them as individuals. We also are hoping to roll out some new things in the near future which will take a lot of work on our part. As such, we would appreciate it if our hard work felt worth our time and effort, and the great things that we have planned were utilized by our members. Many of you are likely wondering how exactly we will decide which members are inactive, and thus in danger of being a part of our purge, hopefully this journal will explain things enough for you that you understand and can ensure to keep your characters safe should you still be interested in being a member of our group.

First: We set a cut off date to begin tallying when to count group participation as still active. This means that from a date set by the mods, if you have not participated in any events, completed any of the memes for the group, or submitted any artwork of your characters actively engaging in club activities or everyday activities, you are most likely going to be removed from the group.

Second: We took into consideration that some members have more than one character and not enough time to get things done for all of them during each event. This means that as long as at least one of your characters was active during the set time frame, all of your characters are safe.

Third: We are counting creating a new character for the group within the time set as group participation. As such, if you joined the group during the time set, or created a new character within the time set, it is counted as being active. We are however going to place any members who only created a new character within the time set under a probation period*. If you have joined within the past four months, you are safe and we simply encourage you to be active so that during the next purging, you are not put on probation or removed from the group.

If you are on the chopping block, your membership will be removed and your character’s parent will be open to reservations again. If, after a three month period, no one has reserved or created a character for the parent, or a any changes to the stories status have been made, and you would like to re-apply to be in the group, you may do so. However, you will be on probation.

*Probation means that we will be keeping a close eye on you, and if you do not show consistent activity, you will be removed again, in which case you will have to wait six months to try to apply again. After this if you are still unable to show consistent activity, you will be removed from the group.[For members who have not been removed from the group and are put in probation, the system is similar. You must show consistent activity, your first strike is being removed and having to wait the three month period before you may re-apply, second strike is being removed again and having to wait the six month period before you may re-apply, and your final strike will result in being banned from the group.

:new: All members on probation are prohibited from reserving or creating new characters until their probation is lifted. :new:

Some of the new things we hope to start up soon will allow some of you who are in school, or presently have a busy schedule, to show activity much more easily as well. So please look forward to what we have planned and understand that we are simply trying to create an environment for all our members to grow and develop their characters.

Next Activity Check will include activity from the following dates: February 27th 2016- May 27th 2016

I have been working on a Fairest on Ice picture for Celes but due to job searching/interviews and my last semester of college, it has been difficult. If I submit this submission late, will it not count? I can show proof of my work so far if that suffices.
